Both from their retail store where we always get lovely service and from the online shop where we get really quick and helpful advice as well. I have always been happy with the boots and shoes I have bought apart from one time last year, but after emailing customer service they guided through a quick process on how to send the shoes back and as soon as they had received them I had the refund in my account. So thumbs up for The British Boot Company, couldn't recommend them more!"
"I bought a pair of hard to find Gripfasts for my boyfriend for his birthday. I had to return the shoes for another size. It took over 4 months for them to send me the shoes back. I kept emailing them and they kept telling me that they were sent and that it just takes a while to get through customs. In reality, they never sent them out! I dealt with SIMON, and he flat out lied to me on SIX different occasions in writing. I will be glad to share these emails with you. Don't use these guys! You can't trust them!"
"Ordered a pair of boots then was told they didn't actually have them. Then when I asked for a refund they told me there was a mixup and they actually did have them and they had shipped the boots to me. So let's see it's 5 months later and no boots. So they outright lied. They did eventually refund my money after Amex hassled them. I would not buy from this company."
