"This experience has been terrible. I still have not received my item that I ordered in October. I was told it was on back order, but only because I checked on it. They never responded to my emails. I now got a message saying my order was ready to ship in 2 days, and I would get the tracking number. That was 11 days ago and still no number and no item. Their site says a tracking number was sent to me, but that is not true. I will never order from them again.

UPDATE: I have found out that the item was received by local UPS and is now out for delivery. Hopefully I will get it today and all will now be well. My main problem with the company is their failure to keep me apprised of the status of my order and for giving me false information.

"By far my worst online purchasing experience. Problems started right away when I never received an order confirmation. Two days later, when I emailed for status, I was told that they just returned to the store after being closed for the Jewish holidays in October (never noticed information about this on their order pages). Emailed a week and a half later for status and was told my credit card was denied and to call to resolve. Called and was quoted SOMEONE ELSE's credit card number -- I corrected the number and put through the order on the condition that it ship before the end of the week. Called the following Tuesday for a tracking number and was told they would forward it by e-mail. Never heard from them, so I called again on Wednesday, was given the tracking number, and saw that the order actually shipped ON TUESDAY EVENING, after my call. Could they have made more mistakes? We'll see if the product is correct when it arrives."

"Awful Experience! I have been trying to figure out what happened to my order for two weeks. I received a tracking number associated with an order that was delivered to Texas on Dec. 8. I am in Seattle. I have repeated called and emailed Customer Service, but my calls/emails have not been returned. One time I actually talked to a person who told me my order had been shipped and she would email me the correct tracking info. I never heard from her again. I have no idea if my order is lost, not in stock, or on its way. I do not recommend this company."

I placed an order with them and never received my product!!! This place is a complete rip-off!!! They state on their website that orders ship in 1-3 days. After about a week of checking the online tracking system and seeing that my order was still in the "Processing" state I called the two numbers listed to check what was going on and I wasn't able to speak to anyone. Their phone system is all automated and they modify the system a lot. I assume they do so whenever they get a lot of calls (which are probably angry customers). You either get disconnected, some excuse why they can't come to the phone, or a busy signal. I called them everyday for another week and a person never picked up the phone. Their online tracking system seems like it doesn't even work. Sometimes when I checked it all the fields would be blank. I also e-mailed them numerous times and used their live help (which is just an e-mail form and is not live help at all) and never received a response. I'm in the process of taking legal action against them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING RIPPED OFF!!!

"I attempted to purchase four Vornado air filters
for my home filter system. They shipped the wrong size. Almost $200 worth of filters. They
refuse to admit they made a mistake, and they
will not exchange the filters for the correct size. They totaly ignored dozens of e-mails
requesting they fix the problem and take back
the worthless junk they sent me. Dont send these people anything back you will never see your stuff or your money again.

"This merchant was quick to ship; the product was as ordered in original carton; and it was delivered on time in excellent condition.

The price was par for the course but there was a $30. dollar rebate offered which made it for a more enjoyable buying experience.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again even though I had no direct contact with a live person during this transaction.

"They assured me that they had the correct part in stock, so the order was placed. Then they shipped me the wrong part. I called to get this corrected. I would have to pay for all additional shipping involved to get this corrected. They would replace my part, but I had to return the original part at my cost. So I cancelled the order and returned the part. They told me that I would get a refund when my part was received. They have received my part on 7/19/2004 and I still have no refund after 8 weeks. There is a bunch of teenagers manning the phones that are not very nice to you on the phone. I was very unsatisfied with this retailer."

"ordered a bread maker came damaged several e-mails to customer support .called the contact phone number 3 times ,support people rude and ignorant , finally some one agreed to sent us a call tag and immediate exchange ,it has been 2 weeks and no call tag and no exchange . My advice do not buy anything from them horrible service !!!!"
