A coworker told me about this site when I was complaining that my tubing had a hole in it from the cat. I ordered from work, with what I thought I would need. When I got home I realized I had ordered the wrong item so I sent them an email and got a reply from Julie, the Operations Manager. She was AMAZING and fixed my order right up for me. THEN, I realized I had made another mistake on my original order (I'm usually more careful, I swear!) and she fixed that one too. It was all fixed before being sent out.
It arrived yesterday in perfect fashion, exactly what I had meant to order and needed...LOL. I am now a customer for life, thanks to Julie.
