"Ive ordered equipment from cpap shop a few times. My order did arrived on time however, the headgear and mask were not in a sealed package and appeared to be a re-sell in my opinion. The mask cushion arrived with a flaw, specifically a dent in the Chin area which causes a leak. This is my third medium f20 mask ive ordered and never had this problem before. I needed a mask so I kept it and use KT tape to stop the leak. As much as I like the speedy and convienant service I've received in the past sadly, I have to rethink using the cpap shop again..
