"I ordered a ResMed Airmini CPAP with Airmini Setup pack, Airfit F20 mask, Resmed Travel Case and other small accessories. All were shown on website as "In Stock". We were leaving on a trip so I wanted the travel CPAP and accessories before we left. After the charges were processed and the Airmini, Setup pack and mask were shipped I was sent an email informing me that the Travel case and other small accesories were on backorder. This meant that I had to pack the components in a less than ideal case. I emailed their customer service and was informed that the case was backordered from Resmed. The travel case was still listed as "In Stock" even after I was sent the "back ordered" email. This is clearly false advertising as the travel case was not in stock as repeatedly represented on their website. I was looking for a seller that had everything ready to deliver, their advertising represented this as fact. If I had known and they had been truthful about not having everything in stock I would have not ordered from them. I am not sure they actually carry anything on hand and ready to deliver?"
