"While the prices are good, shipping prices are not. Yes they offer free economy shipping but once you start looking at something like priority mail or FedEx ground (which is 3 day mail), they jack the prices up quite a bit for what it is (not asking for overnight, and the weight of a mask is negligible). Anyway, if you don't need your items right away then the prices are good.
The other problem I had was they sent the entirely wrong order. It was addressed to me but when I opened it up, it had someone else's order stuffed into the box with all of their pertinent information. I actually used the email address to email the person who bought those items to let them know that I had there stuff but never heard from them.
Called the CPAP shop and got an answering machine. Had to leave a message saying that they screwed up. The next day I received an email apologizing (not a phone call) and telling me that my order was now on it way! Now we have to wait additional shipping time for the screw up to be remedied with no compensation other than an apology.
Probably won't order from these guys again. :-("
