"Used PayPal for payment, which doesn't take money until item is shipped. Of course, they "created" a 2day shipping label on 7/1. Then called on 7/6 they called to say it's out of stock. Really? Told we'd have to order something else. So they charge the card again (instead of refunding difference). No refund issued. 2 more phone calls to get refund that now we're going to have to wait to be transferred. Never again!!!!"
