"I love these people! I tried a new mask that I love but the manufacturer automatically ships it with a size medium frame and the actual under the nose mask in each size (S, M, L, XL) so that you fit it yourself. After sleeping with it for a week I decided that I needed the small frame and was using the Sm mask. One phone call, they immediately said that they would ship me the small with a prepaid shipping label for the return of the medium. I asked if they would also like the 3 other nasal masks that I would not be using - she said sure and gave me small ones in return for them. That was truly unexpected and quite a pleasant surprise. I had the replacements the next day. I also ordered a new CPAP machine and have spoken with their tech support department to help me adjust some of the settings. This company is great to work with. I highly recommend them. I have dealt with them for about a year now and I will continue to refer my friends to them."
