What can you say, everyone is human, what sets the CPAP Shop apart from others is their willingness to step up to the plate when they make a mistake. They have convinced me that they are honest, good people. At the end of the day you can't make a better choice. They quickly recognized the problem and did what they could to make it right. They shipped out a new machine, credited my account for the cost of the return shipping and even moved up the delivery date when I realized that my friend was leaving a day earlier than I had originally thought. Although I don't have the new machine yet, I'm certain it is nothing more than awesome. The CPAP shop has turned me into a lifetime customer.
Everything in the order was correct except for the machine. We ordered a RESMED Airsense 10 Autoset. We received an Airsense 10 CPAP. The worst part is we told them it was being sent to us overseas via a friend and to ensure that it was correct. I just received from my friend who flew in and arrived today on July 16, 2015. I'm so disappointed. I've emailed them and provided pictures of their error, but will not here back from them until they open on Monday. I hope they shine through and prove why they're the best.

"When ordering the headgear, it did not tell if there was any hose with it. Also, there was an offer for 50% off a he's, but it did not verify which hose was being ordered to make sure I was getting the right one for my machine. As a result, I have the wrong hose. Maybe I missed something, but it was not as user friendly as I would want to see. Overall though, the order process went well and smooth."
