"There was a bit of a mix-up with my order initially. I had ordered a new, full-face mask (complete assembly) but received only the replacement seal/flap unit. The CPAP Shop office was already closed for the day (Thursday) but I left a detailed voice mail about the problem. I called again Friday morning as soon as they opened and spoke to a VERY helpful lady who turned out to have just listened to my phone message. She said that I did not need to return the seal/flap (spare parts - yay!) and that she would get the mask sent off to me OVERNIGHT at no additional cost to me. The mask arrived this morning (Saturday) via UPS Next Day Air and is just what I wanted.

So, there was an initial fumble with a GREAT RECOVERY and truly EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will continue to order my CPAP supplies from The CPAP Shop and, since half the people I know are on CPAP machines, I will recommend The CPAP Shop to them without reservation."
