almost always satisfied But

"I have been a Customer of the Cpap shop for quite a few years now and they have almost always been very friendly, helpful, and professional. There has only been 2 times that there was a problem in all these years. I get what I ordered Delivered withen a Reasonable amount of time and if it Does not Live up to my husbands Expectations Returning is a breeze with a phone call I Can tell them What I need to Fix and they make sure to have it Ready to go. Only wish that they Did not take my reward Points away Every time I manage to build up some Saving for that occasion When money is Tight. Then I Think That I have the extra Points to Pay For his supplies and I absolutely Have to order new Filters and nasal Pillows or Whatever and Those Points are going to Really Help This Time and Then the Points are gone I Know I had Them I did not use Them But gone. no Reason just expired Why do they Expire Being a loyal customer for So Long I would Think That I had earned Those Points and should be allowed to Keep them Save them for when I Really need them But The Last time I Called and asked about my Reward Points I was Rudely informed That I should use Them on the order I Recieved them on and I am not Supposed To Save Them up. So now I am Looking at Some of the other Places and Their Prices and policies . Its Sad Because I have ordered From The Cpap Shop since Before 2013. I guess I Was wrong To Think That my continued Business and money Were Important to Their company. I can't afford to Have My customers find some other Company to give their Money To Due to Rude Customer Service and Taking away the Discount Applied To my Return Years Long Loyal customers I guess The Cpap has more than Enough Business"
