"I finally decided to by one of those Cpap cleaning machine, and am currently waiting for it. The add mentionned that shipping was free, great as the machine itself is already fairly expensive, and I had bonus points from previous purchases.
I ordered and to my surprise was charged nearly $45 of shipping and no credit of my bonus points. I need that machine, so I still placed and paid the order as the dead line for the discount on the equipment was finishing that same evening and wrote to Cpap shop. Thank to them, I was eventually créditer the amount of my bonus points, but nothing for shipping. Officially, the reason is that due to the weight of the machine, it has to go priority shipping. Honestly, i couldn’t care less, i was not the one advertising “free shipping” and i think that at least it should have mentionned “free regular shipping” not available for equipment over let’s say 5oz. Otherwise, there should be at least a partial credit ...
