"You must pay for all shipping with this company, they will not reimburse for shipping of an item you don't like nor will they provide shipping cost for returns. I've paid shipping for 2 items to me that were unacceptable and now must pay to ship them both back at my cost. It also took a long time to get a response from the return department at all even though you must return within 30 days for a refund of the item.

Best not to try an item with this company, best to know exactly what you need and like before making a purchase. Their customer service is less than desireable in the returns department.
