"I searched for the same mask at several sites and this site had the item close to the cheapest price. The main reason I purchased here is that they gave the shipping price early in the purchase process so I could quickly determine what my total cost would be. The other sites made me go to the end of the purchase process before I could get the complete price and delivery info.

The price was within a few cents of the other sites and about 30% less than the site I used when I bought this mask a year ago. This will probably be my first choice next year when I buy a new CPAP machine."

The email supplied was to their general number: Karen didn’t give me her extension so I had to cast about for the right department. Eventually I reached Karen, who explained that they wanted to verify that I was a “real”order. I guess they have problems with online fraud, although why a vendor would take this step is beyond me.
