"I put in an order for several items and waited a week but did not get any notification that the items have shipped. I inquired a couple of times about my purchase through their online contact form. I did not get any replies. I called them on the phone 11 days after my order and got to talk to the proprietor. He said that he had been having problems with a break-in at his place of business. He also said that one of the items I ordered was out of stock but he was expecting it to arrive later that week. He asked if I could wait for all of it to be shipped to me later that week and I said that yes, that would be fine.
12 days after promised ship date (42 days after order date) I still have not received the items nor have I received any word that the items have shipped. I tried contacting the owner again but my messages online have not been answered. Three times I have left messages on his answering machine but I never got a return call.
Finally after almost a month, I put in a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.
