Hmmm...what does that tell the customer? NO INDICATION THAT THE ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK!
You can make your post 100 pages long, but it still doesn't justify that if you made attempts to e-mail me and it bounces back...we should call it a day and say "Oh well...I tried". I did in fact call, and did in fact leave 3 messages. The 3rd one being the one where I said "if I don't receive a call within the next few hours, I will call my credit card company". Guess what folks...thats what it takes to get a call back. So thats 3 long distance calls that I had to make to further my losses because at The Card Cooler...Quality service is not in their dictionary.
