When I tried to exchange them for the correct parts they would not take them back because it had been over 48 hours since we received them. Woman in customer service was rude and uncaring that it was their mistake and unwilling to offer any remedy. Stay away from this company.

"These people are definite ripoffs. Took my money knowing they did not have the part. When I called to complain they hung up on me and sent me an e-mail that they cancelled my order and refunded my money. My money has never been refunded. I have posted my reviews on many site and they all say the same thing. This is a ripoff company and they take you money and give you nothing. They blame you and cancel your order but never give you money back. I actually have everything in writing from them that they knew they did not have the item in stock and still charged my card and that they said that the refunded my money in writing but they never did. How stupid can you get? They should be caught by the FTC, BBB, FBI, IRS, and any other law enforcement group that stops shady business people like this. They should have their business license pulled by the City of Chicago. They give Chicago a Bad Rep. "
"The Chicago Faucet Shoppe is awesome! Ordered something for way less than other sites and it arrived within a few days. The shipping was free too so it was a great bargain! I would highly recommend this company again. I thought the customer service was great and they were helpful when I called on the phone too."
"I see trouble brewing. I placed an order with them three days ago; the next day I got an email stating that what I ordered was not in stock. I checked my credit card today and see that it was charged immediately when the parts were ordered. I have emailed them to demand that they credit my card back until the item is shipped.
If they don't respond, I will cancel the order and dispute the charge. Very bad business practices!
UPDATE
The company responded and quickly cancelled my order and credited back my charge card. I still think that they should let you know at the time of ordering if a part is in stock or not and I definitely
think they should not charge your credit card until they ship.

"I ordered a part from Chicago Faucet Shoppe, online. Then received an email the following day, saying the part is out of stock and on back order. Why did the website not show Out of Stock?? I would have ordered the part from a different site, if I would've known. It's as if Chicago Faucet intentionally keeps this information from you, until they have your money. Then their ridiculous return/refund policy stating restocking fees and shipping and handling costs will just linger in your head. Never again, will I order a part from this crappy website. By the way, their Customer Service representatives are rude, as well!"
"Beware when you buy from this store.
First of all, it took over 4 weeks to get my order. It did not say anywhere on the product information page that the parts I needed were out of stock, so this was a little misleading in my opinion.
Second, they refuse to accept refunds on certain parts - no matter what the reason. So if you buy something from them, just keep in mind that you will be stuck with it. They simply don't care.
Very unfriendly customer service. Probably will never do business with them again, and would not recommend to anyone else either. "
"Checked around on the 'Net for the best price on a Chicago commerical kitchen faucet, 445-CP, found it at chicagofaucetshop.com also called restaurantfaucet.com and thefaucetshop.com. $141.51, about $30-$60 cheaper than other places.
During ordering, site said I'd receive a confirmation email, but I never did. I wrote an email to them with invoice #, etc., asking about my order about a week later. Never have received a confirmation or any answer to my email, but the faucet arrived the day after I emailed.
So... great price but NO COMMUNICATION. I don't think I'd do business with them again because of that. I want to know there's somebody at the other end for customer service."
