"I placced an order for two SACD discs. Two of the same item: one for me and one for a gift. The Classical Store listed the item as in stock. "Availability: In stock": to cut and past from their web site TODAY 8/17/2011. I received a confirmation of the order from them via e-mail
A few days later, checking the status of my order on their web site, I note that one of the disks has "processed" and the other was listed as back ordered.
A few days later, same status on their web site in regards to this order. NEVER did I receive an e-mail update from them telling me the status of this order.
About 8/10/2011, I submitt a service request inquiring about the status of my order. I receive a confirmation.
On the 12th, after NO response from The Classical Store, I added to my service request asking is anybody looking at this.
On Monday, the 15th, I check the status of my order and notice that it had been CANCELLED. I call them up and I am told that the item is no longer available.
Nevertheless, today, 8/17/2011, this item is listed as available.
