"I ordered a chair for half the cost of purchasing it from Ashley. I had been wanting it for awhile and stumbled across the website. I didn’t know much about the Classy Home but decided a chair and a half and ottoman for $700 was a better deal than purchasing the same item in store for over $1000. I placed the order then saw the reviews and got worried. The furniture was on backorder so I knew it wouldn’t come right away. Surprisingly it shipped a lot earlier than expected. My only issue was with the delivery service used. They never really updated the tracking info so I had to call a lot to get the status updates on my items. I had seen reviews where people never received their items or they arrived damaged. Luckily mine arrived and everything was perfectly fine. I love my chair and ottoman. I’m not sure if I’ll order from the site again since I’m not in need for furniture anymore but outside of the lack of communication from the third party delivery service my experience wasn’t too bad. You take your chances when ordering anything online but luckily for me I didn’t run into any issues. I ordered on 2/16/2020 and my furniture arrived on 04/02/2020 - could be due to COVID19 but I have ordered furniture from stores before and have had to wait awhile. "

I ordered a dining set on 10/6...received it on 11/4 around 10PM!!! With broken chairs. Classy Home customer service is very unhelpful and sells very poor quality furniture. I called, emailed, called and emailed again. They replaced the two broken chairs after having to send multiple pictures. They send me two “REPLACEMENT” chairs WEEKS LATER that are in WORSE condition the the original ones! Even the rep who reviewed the pictures said they were horrible! Save your money. Horrible quality furniture. NOTHING CLASSY ABOUT THIS PLACE!"

"I had the worse experience with this company. I ordered 1 End Table, a Coffee Table and 1 Sofa Table. All 3 came damaged and it wasn't because of the packaging. I believed they were packed damage. Got a replacement fot the Sofa Table and the Coffee Table which were ok on the second shipment. However, the End table I received 4 replacements snd still the 4th one was still damaged. I got so tired of dealing with this company I decided to keep the last one for a discount and a colored marker. After the 4th one they should have given it to me free. I will NEVER use this company again and HIGHLY recommend no one else does either."
"Ordered a dinning set. They said it would take 1 month to get it. It actually took almost 4. They blew off our 2 scheduled deliveries with out even a heads up. They were totally unapologetic. Tried to cancel the order and they said there was a 25% restocking fee and return shipping cost. They said they would compensate us after it was delivered. The deliver finally happened and the corner of the table was smashed in. They only offered $100 for our time, inconvenience and damage. That was less than half of what the now current sale price it was running for and only a 4% discount. Totally insulting. Don't be tempted by their prices. "

"Wish there was a negative star rating. Worst experience. This seller is nonresponsive and the delivery service people are rude and unprofessional. Took a month to deliver a dresser. Absolutely no real response, only automated from seller during that time. I believed it was a scam site so I disputed the charge on credit card. Delivery service only contacts you the day before they deliver and on their terms. You better be home when they arrive without warning and have to pay extra for anything besides curb service or they drop it right there in the rain. Most unorthodox and unprofessional service."
"I ordered a new living room set from The Classy Home. They provided regular and detailed communication about the status of my order, including prompt shipping updates. The order arrived when expected and was exactly as promised. While there was some slight damage to one of my products inflicted by the shipping company , The Classy Home responded quickly to my inquiry and fully satisfied my concerns - because of this prompt attention to my concerns, I did not mark them down in my shipping review due to the slight damage. I will be returning to The Classy Home the next time I am shopping for furniture. They are clearly concerned with ensuring the happiness of their customers."

Don’t have the item yet and they want 25% to cancel the order plus shipping costs. I would have gladly paid the extra 100 dollars the best site over had this bed listed for to avoid this month long process and frustration. Stay away

"AM Trucking have been extremely difficult and not helpful. The first time I called to check on the status of my furniture delivery, I was told they do not have any information, but would email me an update. Never received an email. I have not received any emails, calls, or texts as they claim they have sent. Last Friday my husband and I both saw online that our furniture would be delivered tonight between 1830 and 2230. We thought this was a little late, but at least he would not have to miss work to wait for them. Well, they tried to deliver the furniture at 1030 am. When I called them back, I was told now we have to wait any entire week, and it would not be until Monday or Tuesday to deliver. My husband cannot take two days off in a row to wait for the furniture. We're so fed up right now. We have been sleeping on the floor for over a week waiting for the furniture. At this point, we just would like a refund. We spent too much money for this kind of hassle. We ordered the furniture on 9-23-19 and still do not have it.

"WARNING: DO NOT SHOP AT THE CLASSY HOME. Their products are garbage and customer service is worse. I ordered a crib, dresser, and dresser topper for our newborn. Took over a month to receive. Upon receipt, the dresser topper was garbage. The parts broke during assembly and the wood split. That was the least of my problems. Dealing with trying to get it replaced or compensated for my troubles has been a nightmare. No one will talk to you over the phone. You're forced to send messages back and forth through an online portal. They said they'd send a new one, weeks later it still has not shipped. It's out of stock now and the date of re-stock keeps getting pushed back. I tried to return all items and receive a full refund, so I could take my business elsewhere. Needless to say, they are not making that a viable option either. WARNING: DO NOT SHOP HERE."
