"I have been getting their coffee for a very long time. I like the coffee, but the sevice is terrible. Especially in last year (2022) there have been many issues with them. I have always been on their auto shipping, and the orders seem to never go out when they are supposed to. The only way to reach them is by email, and if they respond they will only do so when they get around to it several days later.
My last order they sent the wrong item, they told me they would refund me and send me a new order. Well I am waiting and it never came, and they will not even respond to me.
Thankfully there are other companies out there that ship fresh roasted beans.
These FOOLS will never see another dime out of me!"

"We bought several varieties a few years back as a present to go along with a small coffee maker we gave as a gift. We wanted something different and we didn't have a local shop in the area where we could go buy different kinds of coffee. A few months back we decided to start making cold brew which needs coarse ground coffee, which is harder to find. I remembered The Coffee Fool. We've tried several different coffees and the various blends are great. Velvet Hammer is a favorite for cold brew. We've not had any of the shipping issues that a couple of people have reported. "

"The coffee is good (not great) but customer service is poor. They first sent the order out wrong, they said they would make it correct, then they said that the correction was lost in transit and would be sent again. It has been a month since the initial order and the correction has not arrived. I've asked for a refund but the only response from them is inquiries if I want to order more. I won't bother with this company again and neither should anyone!"
"I LOVE their coffee! I've had so much fun trying all the different flavors, and I use their valet service to have a regular order delivered every 8 weeks. The prices are about the same as higher quality coffee in a grocery store, but the taste is so much better!

Turns out fresher roasted DOES make a difference. Huge. Can hardly tolerate grocery store coffee any more (it actually tastes stale), and even the premium coffees (from other, larger businesses) are nasty.
Their prices are reasonable, check out is easy and secure, and their customer service is outstanding."
