"This company appears to value being "right" over stepping up and working with you to correct an unfortunate mistake. While I like the contents of my binders (I bought two to be gifts for my daughters) the engraving on the front looks awful. On thier website under "7 Reasons you're going to love us" item #4 states see what your getting before you buy. At no point in thier ordering process did it show me a preview of what the font I chose would look like on the book. I could have corrected the error prior to ordering. After numerous emails (they conveniently don't have a phone number) they are chosing to "stand thier ground" and refusing to even consider any options to resolve. So I'm pretty much stuck with gifts for my daughters that they will have long after I'm gone, that I am not happy with and The Cookbook People are fine with that. After recently retiring from 39 years in customer service industry, I say shop elsewhere!"

"I recently made my first purchase at Cookbookpeople.com. My order was correct and arrived sooner than expected. The recipe binders and recipe cards were securely packaged which I appreciate because it is extremely irritating when items arrive damaged because of flimsy packaging. Definitely met my expectations and are good quality for the prices. I am certain I will make additional purchases from them."
