"Recently I purchased a Native Instruments Maschine (1.6 full version) from The DJ Hookup and have been extremely happy with the transaction. It has been the first of what I think will be many more purchases from the company.

Initially I had trouble trusting the company. Something did not gel with me when I first viewed the site. The site is designed well though, perhaps the turnoff was the fact that pricing is not openly advertised and you are required to live chat with a staff member to obtain their best price. After researching the company (The DJ Hookup / Stroodl Inc), owner (Xander) and reviewing others experience I had some faith.

Checking pricing & availability was easy. The live chat was answered within a minute and the staff member was very helpful, polite & responded promptly. The range of products available is certainly not huge but does contain decent select brands such as Native Instruments & Numark, most are listed as in stock.

The pricing is fantastic! I was quoted $600US, significantly less than what I would have paid in a local retail outlet for the same – coupled with a discount code for free shipping that the live chat assistant provided & the strong currency conversion and I was SOLD! All I was waiting on was stock.

I asked the assistant to keep my email address and notify me once stock was available. The next morning I received an email from sales (supposedly Xander) with a 10% discount code and informing that limited stock would be arriving by the end of the next week. Potentially a nudge email for me to place an order - well it worked. I placed the order, barely awake and lying in bed.

Stock arrived by Thursday and was dispatched internationally on the Friday, taking just a week to arrive and be delivered in to my anxious hands in perfect condition. Just in time for a long weekend.
