"Terrible online shop, avoid at all cost!

I placed an order on a friday and everything was in stock according to their very accurate stock system. Their web-site promised delivery on tuesday if the order was placed during a weekend.
Got a call from them on monday to verify my adress so that they could take my money from my VISA right away. Everything was in stock and was going out that same day.
The next day I was missing a mail from them stating that my products were shipped to me. I tried to contact them but no reply over e-mail or chat that they also "offer". I called them and they said that "yes everyting is in stock and is going out today", again ...
Same story up until thursday when we finally got the products shipped. We got a confirmation e-mail that stated that everything got shipped. Had to ask about DHL-tracking number though.
When we got the package a lens was missing!!! I called them again and they just said "no the lens is out of stock". I asked them how that was possible because they said about 4 times to me that everyting incl. the lens was in stock. But they didn´t have an answer to me. didnt even ask for an appology! They were very unpleasant over the phone as well.
I was very worried about actually getting my money back after cancelling the order of the lens, but got my money back after a while.

I have read very very many similar experiences about digital-cameras.com and camerabox.co.uk on the web. AVOID!

"They cancelled both my orders without warning and without offering an alternative. This was to avoid selling their products at a special discount price as advertised in a promotion.

I received no apology, no alternative, no service.
