"On March 2nd of this year, I placed an order with thefactoryoutlet.com for an underground electric dog fence. I overpaid for the overnight delivery as my two dogs were lose the day before due to a malfunctioning fence. I received the Innotek fence the next day. I installed it and it was not working properly. I gave it a few days to make sure that the problem was not a user error. On March 21st, I was issued an RMA from them authorizing a return/refund. I shipped the product back according to form. Several weeks later I was notified by my local Staples that the shipment was refused. I contacted the company again and they said the wrong from was mailed. I was issued the “correct” form and shipped the product out again. Now they are saying that not all of the product was returned. They are not refunding any of my 265.90, and I am starting legal proceedings to obtain this money. I am actually willing to spend much more than necessary on court costs to make sure this will NEVER happen again to anyone else. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS!"
