"18 days to ship my items. Ordered on 7/10. Scanned into UPS system 7/27. Scheduled delivery for 8/3, almost 3.5 weeks from ordering to having items in hand. Don't expect any updates on your orders via email. Only email notification of online order was confirmation, and then a notification when item ships, including expected delivery date. Very slow service."
"These guys are the real deal.
Not only did they provide free shipping on my order of 8 jars of rare, yummy French-made Amora mustard, and not only did they ship quickly and had packaged my jars carefully... the Frenchy Bee really shone when I discovered that one of the jars had apparently been mis-sealed at the factory in Dijon.
This unfortunate jar had leaked some contents out into the case. Not going to make it as the Christmas present it was intended to be.
I sent Frenchy Bee a couple of photos of the jar, and Lisa was cheerfully offering me a replacement.
The day after I sent an email asking "do you want the old (jar) back?" My replacement jar of Amora was in my mailbox!
It's relatively easy for businesses to do the basics of shipping what you ordered and having the items in stock- but when something goes wrong, that's when you see what the business is really made of.
Obviously, The Frenchy Bee is concerned about keeping their customers -and keeping them happy.
I'd highly recommend your doing business with this Woodinville, Washington company without reservation."
