"up until today, my experience had been good. just received our item today and it had minor damage from shipping. when i called to let them know, there was a message that the number was disconnected. their website is no longer up. appears they closed up shop. thankfully the damage to my item is fixable as i'm afraid if i refused delivery, i never would have received a new one or my money back.
