I am very sorry for the additional fees that were charged. When the order was place on our site, we shipped it to the address that was provided on the order. If that address is not correct and the item is shipped back to us, UPS charges for the shipping back to us. The additional charges were for the return shipping and to reship the items. Had the error been on our part we would not have collected any additional funds, unfortunately the mistake was made when the address was entered at the time the order was placed.
