"Ordered on March 16…. Never got a noticed it had shipped. Sent email on the 23rd . GPS store responded that it had shipped. UPS tracking showed it shipped on the 19th. Was supposed to be delivered today… the 27th but now UPS says it’s delayed. Could have used USPS Priority mail and it would have been here by now for less money….pathetic! "

"When placed my order and chosen an option that sorta cancelled itself out they called an we got everything sorted out and still got my order fairly quickly. They also still have new Garmin products from years ago that are getting hard to find still in the package. I will use them again in the future for my GPS needs!"

"After years I am back in to ice fishing and was looking for a combo unit so I could get out in summer as well. GPS Store had a refurbished Garmin Striker 7 for a great price and couldn't pass up. "I had purchased a rather expensive GPS Chart Plotter card with some advanced features. Supposedly this card would work in my unit, a Garmin 740S. Upon arrival and installation it turned out my unit could not process the advanced features. The GPS Store allowed me to return the card and exchange it for an up dated map card without the advances features . Thanks."

"Shipped and delivered quick. Trevor called and said they didn’t have the circuit breaker in stock for my trolling motor. They shipped the trolling motor and a few days later I received the circuit breaker. I would definitely order from them again."

I am verry sorry that the package did not arrive as you anticipated. At the checkout we provide multiple shipping options that vary in cost and time in transit. The shipping methods also show the estimated delivery date of the item with that shipping option. You chose our Free Shipping which is a ground service which would be the slowest delivery method. From North Carolina to Idaho, it would take a full 5 business days for delivery. I apologize that UPS had an issue while the package was in transit however that is out of our control. When there is a delay from the courier that is not related to weather, we would refund shipping charges in full, since you chose the free shipping option there is nothing to refund. We appreciate your business and if there are any questions about delivery times you can always call our customer service team and we would be happy to go over the options.
