" Do not buy merchandise from The Garage Dealer unless you do not require your item for a couple of months. I ordered two Gladiator GearTrack Wall sets on May 18th. The only reason I went with Garage Dealer or GarageAppeal.com was that I would save about $60 on shipping.

After four weeks and no merchandise, I sent an e-mail to The Garage Dealer requesting a status. A few days later, I received an e-mail that said "The order will drop ship directly from the manufacturer, you will receive the tracking information when it becomes available and you should receive your order in approximately 2-3 weeks."

On 4 Jun 08, I received one of the two kits. Then on 12 Jun 08, I received an e-mail stating that my order had shipped.

It is now 24 Jun 08 and I still have not received my 2nd kit. I again contacted The Garage Dealer only to find out that there "was an error" and only one kit had shipped and that they would work with the manufacturer to have the other kit shipped. You have got to be kidding me!

The Garage Dealer does not stock anything and works directly with the manufacturer. Not that this is a bad thing; I have bought merchandise from retailers in the past that did this. However, The Garage Dealer is a poorly ran organization that cannot get the job accomplished. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!"
