"After searching the web for a way to vent my frustration, I had come accross this site and this seems like the perfect place. I ordered 7 rainsuits from this vender and everything arrived as promised, slowly, yet expected so by the vendors stated shipping time. I am more upset with the product than anything really. I have not contacted the vendor yet but I think I am going to try and just return what I bought. The suits are called the classic pro action, and they are made of what feels to be paper, Very cheap and seems they would tear if you even hailed a cab while wearing them. The fit is huge and I look like a marshmallow man. I do not like this product. I liked the fact that I could order separate sizing for the jacket and pant, but no matter what size one were to order, the fit is unbearable at best."
"I think frogg toggs products suck! The new stuff they are making is supposed to be better and stronger but the zippers dont work and the buttons fall off. Ill never buy this stuff again. "I was leery when it took a month to get my order. The jacket was perfect but instead of Horney Toadz pants they sent Pro Action. They had ripped the label off of the pants and I believe they thought I wouldn't notice I didn't receive the correct product. I have e-mailed and left a message but no one has responded. I agree that Frogg Toggs should pull their merchandise from this site. I would rather have paid a higher amount and received what I ordered. "
"I placed an order on April 2nd. It is now April 23rd and I have not received anything. I have left several voice messages along with emails with no response. I am calling my credit card company tomorrow and canceling my order. I would strongly recommend NOT doing business with this merchant. I have given them numerous opportunities to respond - they have not taken the time to respond. They should not be allowed to carry Frogg Togg products. They are giving the product a terrible name. "
"I placed my order on 3/11/12. It's now 3/26/12. Despite two emails to them and one phone message, I have had absolutely no response. They took my money right away, but that's the only thing they've done promptly. This business needs to be investigated.
Edit: I filed a complaint with PayPal, and got a near-instant email from the etailer promising that my order would go out this week by priority mail.
Update: I followed up with the etailer by email today. I got a response saying they refunded my money because they are way behind on orders.
I then immediately called Racer Parts Wholesale, an etailer I know and trust, and ordered the same rain suits at the same exact price, including free shipping. The rain suits are in stock, were pulled, will ship today, and I'll receive them within two days.
Conclusion: You can get the same deals from a reputable etailer with customer focus. Stay away from the wanna-be etailers like The Gearless Machine."
"I have mixed emotions about this seller. I ordered something & was really dissatisfied with the lack of communication & that my package hadn't arrived in nearly a month. I was afraid I had been scammed. When I got a little defensive with him & mentioned getting authorities involved, things made a 360 degree turn around. The item was shipped immediately and at no cost. The money was fully refunded. I am glad he fixed things, but not happy they happened in the first place. The products are EXTREMELY reasonable & that's what attracted me to the company in the first place. Good potential, just a guy who is in way over his head!"
"I had a similar experience to the below review. I ordered frog toggs boots from this company, got them and used them for 1 week! The eyelet broke tying my laces. I returned them for a refund, but these boots are junk and I'll never buy Frogg togs boots again."
"I ordered a pair of waders and am happy with the end result of this transaction. The waders lasted exactly one week and started leaking. This merchant gave me a full refund, but I will not buy this brand again. I had a frogg toggs rainsuit that had a zipper failure after one month of use, but I thought maybe their waders would be better. Not the case. This merchant was happy to refund the order on the waders, the rainsuit was bought at bass pro shops and could not be returned. Bummer."

"THIS PLACE IS THE WORST TO BE HONEST!!! I placed an order online on June 27, 2011, and today is July 21, 2011 and I have yet to receive it. This item was a "Chilly Pad" for my daughter to keep her cool in this awlful heat we are having while she is playing fast pitch ball.
