Place Will Steal Your Money

"Have to warn you DO NOT engage business with tee golf club. I tried to order a single iron from them and after three months, I’m still without a club or my money. When I inquired about my order as it was well over the estimated delivery date, lied to me that theclub would be shipped in the next week. Never did. Then when I finally asked for a refund they said it would be refunded in a couple days. After a month of not receiving it, they have now just completely ignored any further requests.

They straight up steal money from hard working folks.

There are other resellers out there, don’t get scammed by these scumbag company.

Absolutely awful.

"I would give a negative 5 if I could!!
I would give a negative 5 if I could!!! Ordered 2 FJ shirts and only received one which is to big. I have called for 2 weeks and no answer via phone. I did get a email back a week ago saying to email their returns dept. I emailed and no response!!! I have filed a complaint with FJ and will dispute the charges with my Amex. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I don’t know much about this company but in my experience I would recommend everyone to stay away from them

"I would give this seller negative stars if I could. I placed an order over two months ago and they will no longer respond. I’ve been ignored three times now trying to work it out. I ordered from a competitor and got it within a week. Don’t buy from this company."

Service and doing what they say is not what they are all about.

"Purchased a putter head cover from them online. Ordered it on a Saturday with a 1 to 2 business turn around time. so realized it would not be shipped till Tue or Wed of the following week called on Tue promise to have tracking number......nothing... called Wed again promised tracking number and that I should have the order by Friday....crickets....hmm finally get tracking number Saturday morning, but wont be delivered till Thursday. Call them speak with Greg, asked them to refund the shipping said he would take care of it with accounting Monday and I would get something.......nothing. So don't count on what they say, they are definitely not in business for the customer experience."

Don’t buy from this place! They basically stole 200 dollars from me. First they sent me the wrong golf bag. Then they kept telling me they would email me a return air bill which they did not. After several unsuccessful attempts I had to dispute with PayPal. It was after that they sent me a return air bill. Then I returned it and it was signed for two months ago. No refund. Just called them and they said I should have gotten a refund from Sun Mountain. Very shady.

Merchandise Delayed

"I ordered some replacement spikes and was told that they would be shipped in 2 days. When I did not see an updated status on the order, I did some further searching and found out that the Golf Club did not even have the spikes as they were on backorder. I only found out because I checked the order and ended up calling and was told that the manufacturer was shipping them right away and they should be at their location in a "couple of days". I do not find this to be good customer service and will not do business with this company again.

buy somewhere else

"I do most of my shopping online and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Paid for 2 clubs 2 weeks ago and still "awaiting shipping". I've sent numerous emails and have only got one back. I was told that nike is "custom making" my order. I did not order a custom club. They apparently do not actually have stock of the clubs. I asked for a refund after 10 days waiting for the clubs to ship. That's when I received the email saying that it was out of their hands because nike was preparing to ship my order on Tuesday. Its now Thursday and i'm still waiting. I asked about the return policy in an email a couple of days ago as well and have heard nothing back.

Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.

"Don't buy from this company!!!!!! Their customer service is TERRIBLE!!! Heaven forbid you should have to return something. Their return procedure is a PAIN! You must contact them to request a Return Authorization number and ship the item back to the company at your expense. It took multiple emails and phone calls over the course of 2 weeks to get the RA for some shorts and pants I ordered that did not fit. Each time I called, the employee promised to sent the RA number within an hour and each time, it did not arrive. They are pleasant on the phone, but they don't follow thorugh on anything, seem to be disorganized, and don't really seem to have a clue of who is taking care of what. Several phone calls indicated that the requested RA had been requested but had never been completed.

After two weeks of the run around, I finally received the RA for the shorts. It has been almost a month, and I still have not received a credit for the returned merchandise. Unfortunately, I ended up having to return another item and have gotten the same run around. When I finally did received the RA and return directions, they provided me with an incorrect shipping address to mail the item back to the company which took two more phone calls to straighten out. I still haven't received a credit from that return either.

Dealing with this company simply isn't worth it!!!! Order from Golfsmith or even Amazon and save yourself time and a headache . In my 51 years, I have never experienced such terrible service. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Austin and the Texas Attorney General's office in a couple of days. At this point, I don't have a hope that I will get my money back, but maybe I can spare some other golfer the headache I have had dealing with this company! After reading other reviews on this site, it seems that I am certainly not the only person who has had problems with this company.
