"I ordered a wedge in early December and they’ve lost the wedge twice and double charged me twice. It took them three months to send the refund back and I’m still waiting for the wedge."

"Sent wrong shoes size and expected customer to pay for return shipping cost. Furthermore, they refuse to credit fund back to original card. Refund are in a form of TGW certificate. Ongoing battle to get credit back for their mistake. I can't imagine someone spending hundreds or even thousands on an item and they received the item they didn't ordered.

"I ordered almost $2k worth of merchandise from TGW. I live in PR which is a territory of the US. It has been 17 days since I ordered and my order still says processing in their website. I have chatted and emailed several times and all I get is ridiculous excuses. The last one was that my order was considered “international” because FedEX considers anything outside the contiguos 48 states as such. I can understand, that may delay me receiving my shipment once it is shipped! It has been 17 days since I ordered and nothing has shipped yet. The amazing thing is that it most likely won’t be shipped with FedEx because it is a lot cheaper to ship using USPS. They don’t care about customers! I will update once the issue is resolved but I am not buying anything from these people again."

The consistent problems appear to be only mediocre customer service, and, TGW consistently fails to meet shipping dates selected during checkout. Combined, the frustration equals that I will not make another purchase from TGW. Buy your clubs and gear at other retailers."
"I placed and paid for a Bushnell Range finder on May 28th 2020. It is yet to be delivered. Notwithstanding they don't have the item in stock and apparentydont know when it be avialable they continue to advertise it on their website. TGW said they would ship the delayed item June 15. Glad I didn't wait by the mail box. Dont try to reach their customer support phone line they have sut it down, claiming covid concerns. Good luck trying to get them to cancel the order by email, no response. I shoud have read the numerous negative reviews on line. I tried to post a negative review on their website they rejected it. "
"I purchased an Odyssey putter a few weeks ago and it did not arrive with the headcover, as indicated in the club description. It took an email and a live chat to get anyone to respond to my initial inquiry. Since that first inquiry, more than 2 weeks ago, I've had to reach out repeatedly for an update. I have yet to receive the headcover, a credit, an option to return the club, or even an indication when the headcover could arrive.
They are, however, extremely quick to delete negative reviews. It's apparently the ONLY part where they excel. "
"OK, in 2018, I ordered about $2,500 worth of products from TGW. I thought they were pretty good and seemded to have pretty good pricing. My orders came on time and everything seemed about as advertised. However, In November, I ordered a new custom Cobra driver from them and they completely dropped the ball. I got the tracking information after having to call TGW because their website had the wrong tracking number associated with my order. The tracking number, when tracked on the FEDEX website said it was out for delivery on the 9th of December. I didn't get it that day, but figured, I'd wait until the next day to see. No club on the next day either. I called TGW almost every day the month of December with the same response, " well FedEx says it is on the truck for delivery and will be delivered today. Every day came and went until I had had enough on the 30, I decided to contact Cobra directly. TGW had told me that Cobra was closed on the 30th and wouldn't be available until the 31st. The person I contacted at Cobra on the 30th was very helpful and called me back on the 30th, the 31st, and again on the 2nd to help me with the order. They actually contacted FedEx and got the shipment made. TGW (Paige and Stacey) never followed up with me, even after contacting them almost every day. I tried contacting their executive staff as well and no one reached out to me to help. Bottom line, they don't care about customer service."

"Unfortunately my review is not good.
I am trying to buy ping clubs. My order was cancelled and I have been giving them all the additional information requested by phone. Tried to place the order 3 times and with 3 different method of payments. I am being treated like a criminal and the experience of buying something from TGW is terrible.
It is also very upsetting and frustrating to try to deal with the customer service as they blame the "system" or the "accounting department" who is checking on my information...
Seems that they don't want to sell anything without knowing all your private life before. It is absurd that after providing them with 3 valid credit cards, bank statement and a LOT of my Time they were unable complete the order. Perhaps they just don't have any clubs but want to keep my credit card information for abusive charging in the future...All this feels like a big scam.
I would not recommend TGW to anyone.
UPDATE:
TGW finally decided to call me after all the complains. Esa Halabi was the person who called me and apologize for the situation.At the end they were able to send me the clubs one day later. It is just sad that it takes a lot of complaining to get one issue resolved, but overall I was happy to have insisted because I wanted the clubs quickly and They have managed it..."

"I have ordered several items from TGW over the years. I have had no problem with service, quality or accuracy! Once had an item that was not as advertised but was immediately contacted and given several other options for what I needed. I think there are a lot of satisfied customers that don't write reviews and think all these negative reviews are over exaggerated or outliers.

"I ordered a $19.98 sweater which I needed to exchange for a smaller size. I requested the exchange but they refused because I "Had" to reorder at the same time I sent back the other one. This meant they have two payments from me which is unethical. I ended up paying $14.00 in shipping charges on a $19.98 sweater which I don't have!!! Don't deal with this company. I should have gone online and looked at the zillion complaints."
"I ordered two clubs from these people and never received them. Although they can clearly see that I never received these items, they will not give me a refund! The CSR Agents are rude and give you the same canned comments when you call and see what's going on. I can not recommend this company at all! Buyers beware....stay away from theses Thieves!!"
