"Purchased an item online in early December. I wanted to insure that the purchased item was received before Christmas. About a week later I receieved a call that they were unable to verify the address. I explained to them that the address provided was correct and that it was a home. Four days before Christmas I received a call again stating that they are unable to verify the address. Unable to see what other explanation I could give about how Amazon and USPS does not seem to have a problem with delivery at this address I canceled the order and informed a very disappointed son that I was not able to buy what he wanted for Christmas. Very upset with the process Golf Works reached and will not do business with this company again. Stay Away from Golf Works.

"So I spent an hr on the phone ordering exactly what I wanted. Shafts grips heads flex ….. with in 10 days I had my full set as ordered and saved hundreds ……..playability was spot on and great….. I took clubs from box to play …. No range time ….. shot one of best rounds ever ….overall distances were 15 to 30 yards better and extremely comfortable…. Been in playing 15 yrs and pretty sure goin to be best clubs ever owned shoot mid 80s and round out of box was 79…… service and patience was AAAA1"

"I ordered 3 shafts and ferrel to be shipped to south africa, paid a huge amount for the taxes and ups speedy delivery, after 3 weeks I began to enquire, ( apple products and porsche design items. take maximum 7 days from date of order to deliver to my doorstep ) ups -i parcel came up with the one lame excuse after the other, even/tually they are not responding to any enquiries, needless to say the order has not arrived , 7 weeks after the order... "I made an order club shaft on 1st Apr. I could choose only "i-parcel" because it only one appear on their check out window.
Golf Works send package to a facility of i-parcel and it was arrived 5th. After 3days, nothing changed. I sent e-mail to i-parcel but they only made rude response.
And I made a call to customer service of Golf Works and talked with a woman on it.
She said "We just started to use i-parcel and don't know anything after we shipped to them."
I asked he, "why I couldn't choose other better carrier such as Fedex ?"
She said "You can!!!!!....................(Cannot hear it because she is talking too loudly and fast)"
I tried to ask her to ask i-parcel send my ordered item back to them and send it by Fedex.
She said" it impossible, we don't know what happened in i-parcel" (always speak loudly and when I try to start to talk any, she immediately start to talk loudly and never listen to me.)
I asked her "Please listen to me" " Are you customer service staff?" She said "Yes" but nothing changed.
She had repeated "We just start to use i-parcel, we don't know how they are." many times.
I finally gave up to explain and make request to her.
Golf Works not take a responsibility after they shipped. And never investigate which transporter is better for the customer.
Maybe, I cannot ask them but they have to replace or educate their customer service.
So, she is the worst-ever customer service staff in my experience.
PS Today is 13th Apr, my items not yet arrived."
