"An online deal went out advertising 50% for shopping at GolfZoneOnline.com. The deal was, you pay$50 and you get a $100 voucher to use at the site.
Prior to buying into the deal, I checked out their website to ensure they has equipment I would want to buy. They had the titlest proV1 in stock. So, I figured it was worth my money to get two dozen ProV1's for the cost of 1 dozen. So, I went ahead with the purchase.
As is common with vouchers like this, I had to wait until the day after the deal ended online to use the voucher on the website. So, I went back the next morning, at 7:30 in the morning, and the ProV1 had been removed from their items.
I emailed the company who sold the voucher and GolfZoneOnline.com. I still (a month later) haven't heard back from GolfZoneOnline. And while I did hear back from the voucher company, all they could tell me is they were told by GZO the balls would be back in stock by the end of the month. Well, here I am a month and a half later and they still haven't shown up on their website.
I am still holding on to the voucher, waiting for the balls to be 'restocked.' So, I can't speak to the after sale process, I haven't actually ordered from them yet. However, based on the shady business of removing the most popular ball in golf the day coupons are able to be used, I recommend staying away from this company. This is a poor business practice. I hope they don't treat customers who come into the store the same way they treat the online community.
