"I placed an order with this online store for supplements. He took my money and no supplements came. Because the order said shipping could take a long time and I patiently waited, I found after I had waited for that period of time that I could no longer can go through Paypal to resolve it. I've tried calling and e-mailing for weeks with no response. I really needed those supplements too and have gone without while I was waiting. Not an honest or customer service oriented business. Stay away. "

"I have been ordering from this store for two years with no problems, but now on this order my credit card was charged, with no merchandise. I have emailed with a return email saying cant be delivered, I have called with no return calls for the past two weeks. I am not sure whats going on, but I have cancer and this money is very important to me. I just wanted the product. but now I am out product and money for my treatment.
I want to believe this is an oversight...."

"I placed my order on Sept. 7, and when I still hadn't rec'd it by Oct. 22, I emailed to inquire about it. I then rec'd in return an email entitled, "A refund on your Nutri-West purcahse," but the body of the letter contained only an advertisement for more products. I won't give this guy (Dr. Dan) my credit card number again!"
