"The order did not move for a few days so I called to check on it (on a Tuesday). They told me the item I wanted,in the color I wanted, was back ordered, they never emailed me to tell me I had to call. Then they asked if I wanted to choose another one, so I did, they told me it would ship out that day(Tuesday). Again, there was no movement on the item in two days(Thursday), so I called again. The guy told me it had shipped the prior day(Wednesday), but shipping information wouldn't be available for two days. It made no sense to me why shipping information would not be again me right then. Isn't a tracking number generated when the package is sent? When I finally got the shipping info it showed it being sent out on Thursday evening. Which means I was lied to twice. When it was all said and done the package, which was a Christmas gift, was delivered the day after Christmas. If they would have sent it when they told me they would, it would have been there on time. "

Communications has not been good and they do not want to give me an answer about why it took them so long to ship something that was not in back-order.
