"Attempted to order a Shop Vac and the day after placing the order, was told the item has been discontinued and sold out. Eventually Customer Service found the item in a different inventory location but ultimately decided not to complete the transaction."

"Online store shows items in stock and ordering system allows you to purchase and charge your card, when there is not items in stock to cover order. This is fraud!. Do not purchase from this online store.
If I would have read the other reviews before ordering, I would not have ordered from them either."

"This store looks good, but they have a very strick NO EXCEPTION return policy. I am stuck with $100.00 in merchandise that will not work. I was on vacation when the items were received and upon my return it was to late to return them.NO EXCEPTIONS! Very poor customer service."
