"I was looking for a gentler cleanser. Honest has a gentle gel cleanser that is organic. It is good size for $12.99. And it is an excellent cleanser with calendula (A favorite organic ingredient that I love). It suds beautifully, cleans gently, removing my rosacea redness. My dry skin felt soft and moisturized. I love the smell."
"I've tried 3 times to cancel my subscription, but they keep sending me boxes and charging my credit card. Last time i went back and forth with customer service multiple times and they refused to accept a return. They said I'd have to pay for the return shipping, which is ridiculous because I didnt even want to order this"
"They will continue to bill you AFTER you cancel your automatic service, AND after you get a new credit card/number. Had a new card issued, and Capital One said that they were able to acquire the new info because we had automatic service, which we had already canceled MONTHS ago! Terrible customer service! Called to notify them that they had shipped the products in which we did not order, and that we had previously canceled. They stated that they would email us a return label. Nearly two weeks and several calls later, nothing has shown up. Not in the mail, not in email (yes, checked spam folders as well...), nothing. Call, wait on hold for 20-30 minutes and get hung up on. Had to end up disputing charges for nearly $90 from our credit card company. VERY aggravating to say the least! Seems like a scam to me. Yes, they send the products, the products seem OK. Our son is only 7 months old, so it is hard to say how "great" they are. They are a bit pricey unless you get a discount of some sort (which we did initially). I think there are better choices out there that are a lot less of a hassle. I would avoid The Honest Company. They don't seem very honest to me..."
"Cheaper at the actual website. Savings coupon here for $10.00 off your first order: goo.gl/9D04yE The coupon will show once you proceed to the cart… just copy and paste the goo link to get to the website and redeem the coupon (it will automatically happen, no need to do anything else). Love these non toxic diapers… NO more welts (caused by other diaper brands for us!) "
"Its not Honest to offer free trials and then ask for a credit card number. The ingredient "citrus extract" is unspecific, therefore not honest. Is it extract of lemon, grapefruit, orange, lime, lemongrass, or kumquat? Unspecific extracts may sound good, but are chemically engineered and are toxic. Why does not this supposedly non-toxic company have fragrance-free items? Also I tried to call the 1-800 and hung up after a half hour on hold. Honestly, that's bad customer service."
I signed up for the free trial and was charged less than 2 weeks after receiving it for the monthly bundle. It is a month to month package and I feel scammed-being charged so quickly after receiving the trial. I called and cancelled but I still have to pay the shipping fee for the bundle that was shipped out the very same month. This doesn't seem right but I do want a refund so now I have to wait until they receive their product back in the warehouse from Fed Ex to get my refund of $41.90 minus a $6.95 restocking fee. I was NOT sent a confirmation or receipt for The Honest Company automatically withdrawing money from my banking account but I happened to log on to my bank account and catch a charge from their company. The Honest Company is misleading their customers and the product is mediocre. The lotion is incredibly greasy, the laundry detergent does not clean, and the balm has a faint orange/ citrus smell but does not heal. This is a real bummer and I was truly excited to try their products so I could share with my new niece or nephew due in June... but now, I will not be recommending this to anyone. This free trial paying only shipping for $5.95 is a way for the Honest Company to generate revenue by misleading their customers while gaining an automatic payment before the new customer can catch it and cancel. We did not trial the Diapers and Wipes. Hopefully they are better but Honest Company's name is a sham and the products aren't worth the time I was on hold or the headache of the auto-payment.

"I love their products so far I have used the shampoo, laundry soap, healing balm, lotion, diapers and wipes. I placed a second order for the surface cleaner, sunscreen and a few other items. I wanted some safer products to use on my new baby. I wasn't sure about the diapers, but they are just as good as pampers and huggies. I would def reccomend honest.com for people looking for non-toxic products."
