"They lost this order at first, and said we hadn't placed it. When I rang regarding it the helpful girl on the phone did manage to organise it for me at the sale price I'd purchased it at originally.

However, since then, the order has not been received, despite it being a week later, and no-one at the Honey Shop can tell me the consignment number, or anything about the delivery. After leaving me on hold for 5 minutes (calling from Australia to New Zealand), they hung up on me. When they told me they would find the details regarding the order and ring me back - they didn't.
