"First order was processed and then never shipped. I called into Customer Service and then they said they would send another item. After not receiving anything in a weeks time I called back. They never resent the item, finally they sent it again and I received it 2 days ago.
Original order placed on Sept 7th and finally received on October 1st. it should be noted that I live 5 h ours away from their warehouse."
"Yesterday, Sunday April 17th i ordered a Cliche skateboard on this website for $42. Very good price, 4 hours after i ordered it i recieved an email saying that there was a problem with my billing. it said to call a specific number and that they will help me to get my board. The next day i called the number and a very educated young woman answered and asked what she could help me with. i told he3r what my problem was and she directed me to cumstomer service. Another educated woman answered the phone and helped me with everything. In a mear 7 minutes, we resolved the problem and my order was shipped. I defineitly recommend this company to anyone, Thanks The House!"
"I placed an order last night for a jacket & woke up to an email saying that my order wasn't processed due to 3 possible reasons with my payment. I will not list them as I am sure you are aware of your policies. My issue is not with the policies but with the attitude of Steve who hung up on me when I advised to cancel my order due to the hassle. I called back & got Steve who was just as rude. I live in an apartment & always have packages shipped to me at work because they have lost a few of my packages at home.
If your representatives don't like their jobs or are not morning people, perhaps it's time to find a new job? And how are they going to argue with me that it could have gotten rejected because I entered in my billing address incorrectly when I have lived at the same address for 3 years and was staring at a recent credit card bill??! Both representatives were rude!! I have never had an issue with my billing address or having items shipped to my work address with any other company. This was my first time shopping with you & I will NEVER shop with you again or recommend your company. I cancelled my order & bought the same jacket at another retailer with NO hassle or attitude & less money!!!!

Super fast shipping and was usually free, unless I paid for faster shipping.
They are also awesome for giving me free gifts with some of my orders (nice headphones, awesome beanies, stickers, etc.).
Bottom line, STOKED on The House. I get all my action sport gear from these guys (as well as awesome clothes) and have recommended them to about 15-20 of my friends, many of whom have also been super stoked with their site.
