"One week after my order I emailed requesting tracking info since I hadn't received shipping confirmation. They did confirm the order though. The next day i got an emmail saying sorry for the delay, they would ship it out that day. I paid $20 shipping and handling on a $51 order and I'm my mind those are priority shipping prices. If I hadn't contacted them I don't know if they would have bothered to ship it at all. Update: After waiting about a month the sent the wrong items!!! Called to see about resolving it with a return or exchange and was told she needed to check their inventory because the stock must be labeled wrong and she would call right back............48 hours later and no call. this is one of the worst online shopping experiences I ever had. I don't mind mistakes, they happen to the best, but the indifference and poor customer service? Repeat business is still a goal, right?

"Very slow shipping. Placed an order on 1/15 called on 1/22 because I still had no tracking #. Some one called me back on 1/23 and said my shipment was going to be delivered on 1/23 we'll still haven't received shipment. "
