"This is probably the most horrible online merchant I have ever purchased from. I had better results with Chinese sellers that barely spoke English.
I ordered a knife from them and emailed them a day after ordering it with no emails asking when it would arrive. No response.
They finally sent the item a few days later with a shipping confirmation email.
"good" I thought to myself. they probably just didn't get my email/went to their spam folder.
Got the knife a few days later. The box was crapped to pieces, and the knife's lock was probably messed up (wouldn't shut). I emailed them and asked about returns, and they sent back all these bullcrap terms that aren't even listed on their website anywhere.
I opened a PayPal case. I'm glad I paid with PayPal because they protect you.
Don't even bother with them. Horrible."

"I placed an order with this company over two weeks ago and received an immediate confirmation. My credit card was carged the next day. I have not yet received the item, nor any word that the item has been shipped, and have not been provided with a tracking number. Have emailed and left voicemail messages numerous times with no response. Wish I had checked here before ordering! I'll be filing a fraud report with my credit card company today."
"Purchase from these incompentant people at your own risk! I ordered an axe from their site, and even though they explicitly stated on their site that they would not charge their customer's credit card until the order was shipped, they charged mine immediatly even though they did not have it in stock. I waited a 3 weeks without getting as much as a shipping notice from them. They didn't even have an answering machine, and they answered their emails once every other week with one sentence replies.
Two months of haggling went by with them making excuses as to why they wouldn't ship my item saying "We're really behind". So I finally just challenged it with my credit card and got a refund."
"I can't add much to the previous reviews -- I received an immediate confirmation of my order and my card was charged the next day. A few days later I received an email from the usps (!) saying that they had been notified that they were to pick up my package in two days. They also provided a "Delivery Confirmation Number" that enables one to check on line as to whether mail has been delivered -- but does not enable you to tell anything else -- even whether it was ever picked up.
Tried emailing them, but there was no response. Tried calling them but they don't answer the phone. I've requested that my credit card company 'dispute' the charge."

"Seller says an email notice will be sent when order is shipped; my credit card was charged immediately, but no shipping notice was ever received. I sent email inquiries, but received no response. I tried repeatedly to call the seller, but they apparently don't answer their phone, any time of day.
28 days after placing the order, still no word and no merchandise - so I emailed the seller to cancel the order. After several more days without response, I contacted my credit card company to file a fraud report. After the fraud was reported, the order was finally shipped (though I was still not notified). I finally received my merchandise, nearly 6 WEEKS after placing the order."
