"Ordered the uncut, import version of Malena on 2/1/2005. Website claimed shipping in 1-3 days.The next week checked website for order status; backordered. Still backordered a month after the
order was placed.
Called customer support, which consists of talking
to whatever BillyBob is working the register.
Asked for status on my order, BillyBob asked my name and title, apparently working a computer and
looking up an order by the actual order number is
beyond his ability. BillyBob replied that they were having trouble getting that title and it would should be in next week. Of course, it didn't
show up in the next week. Six weeks+ after the order was placed and nothing; no DVD, no communication from this place about the status of my order, no nothing. Customer Service, there is none."
