"I should have read the reviews before making a purchase. I waited 14 days for shipment which was suppose to take 3-5 business days. I did not receive any contact from them regarding my order. Their website was always down, and I could not speak to anyone. I sent them an email and said I would contact PayPal for a refund if I did not hear from them, and the next morning my order was cancelled with no explanation. I think Amazon needs to delete them from their list of retailers. "

"This company is a fraud. I ordered from them and never received my product. They printed a shipping label for UPS, but never delivered the package to a UPS carrier. The order was placed via Amazon, and I had to wait three business days after the latest date the package should have arrived before I could file a claim and receive Amazon credit for my money. The 800 always goes to voicemail, which they don't return, and emails go unanswered. These are one of the biggest swindlers on the internet. Avoid them completely!"

"This company stole my money! I ordered from them and they sent my items to another customer. They told me they could not refund me right away because they had to "investigate it" first. Finally, two days later I receive a call back and was told I would have to replace my order and then would upgrade my shipping for free, so I agreed. I called a week later because I never received my shipping confirmation, and it turns out they never shipped it! I asked for them to ship it that day since I wanted to send the items to my brother who is in the military and stationed out of state. They told me they could not ship right away. They refused to send my order out but acknowledged they made a mistake. Then they said they could not help me and said they were just going to cancel my order. I told them I did not want to cancel the order, just to send out my items and get a discount on my shipping since they messed up a second time. They refused. The rep would not let me talk to a manager, I requested my order get sent out again and they said they would call me back. At this point it has been a month and every time I call they give me the run-around. Finally today, they told me they were refunding my credit card. I called my credit card company and found out they charged me again instead! Now I am having to file claims with my credit card company to get my money back! They have held my money for over a month! Do not use this company! FRAUD COMPANY!"

"This is the worse company I have ever encountered. Wrong product was sent to me, and my emails were rarely replied. I contacted them via the link on the website, again, no answer. I canceled the 2nd order because of this, and guess what? They shipped it anyways, twenty-four hours after the cancelation. I will never have anything to do with this company ever again."

"Hard to say at this point. It is 02/16/2012 and I just now got an email stating my order (ordered on 02/09/2012) is now shipped. That would be one week from the placement of the order. Seems like a really long time to ship an order. I will not fill out the survey until the order is received."

"Company stated shipping on Feb 7, and as of 3 phone calls and specific requests to SHIP to company (Richard & Francisco two separate successive days) , as of February 11th, still NOT shipped and/or record via FEDEX tracking - voice phone calls to FEDEX to confirm, that order was still NOT AT FEDEX. Item had been charged to credit card, NOT shipped to date. FEDEX # provided by company: 557292615141541 ; order # 28994 also NOT at company web site, although twice informed company that was NOT there. Poorly managed and updated process. Will not order again from this company. If NOT shipped "physically" - not just stated ON PAPER, by Monday 13 February, will request cancellation and REFUND back to credit card. review form was also NOT able to send from email sent."

"I was somewhat satisfied with The Latin Product
I was somewhat satisfied with The Latin Products Company. To date of have not received my order. However, I e-mailed them and they did respond quickly. They insured me my order would be shipped that day, unfortunately it was not. I telephoned the company and a women informed me it will be shipped today or tomorrow. I am still waiting for a tracking number or a notice stating my order was filled. Hopefully it will be shipped soon.

"Well, so far, not great. I ordered them a week ago and the order is still not here. I had to ring them yesterday to find out where they were. They told me the order would be in today and then they would send it out. It would have been nice of them to let me know that a lot sooner, rather than me having to chase it down. No apology or anything. Not good business practices. "
