"I placed my order on Novermer 2nd, by December 3rd, I still hadn't received it. I tried calling for several days and only got voicemail. I left a voicemail and the emailed them and they responded to the email saying the material for my purchase was on back order but due in December 9th and as soon as it came in they would make and ship my order. Another month rolls by and I still have not received my order. Once again I try calling and only get voicemail, so I email them and request that they either send my order, and email me a tracking number or refund my entire purchase price and shipping cost (which are outrageous, by the way, almost $60 shipping for an order over $250), within the next two weeks. Well, after two weeks I had no product, no refund and not even an email addressing the situation. Thankfully I used PayPal for the purchase and was able to go through them to get my money back.
I ended up making my purchase with Urquid Linens whose prices are a little higher but don't charge shipping on larger orders. I ended up paying less for my order there and they have fantastic customer service. "

"We just renovated our hotel in downtown Seattle. We know that many guests comment on the bedding and that is a main criteria for staying in a hotel. As a result we tendered several bids and decided to go with the Linen Company. We liked that their bid included all the details about their high quality linens. You get what you pay for and even though this company wasn't the cheapest, we went with them and are glad we did."
"Saved us a ton of cash - We've been renting linens locally for a long time. Recently someone suggested that we look into purchasing linens online as a way to save money.
