"Store is apparently closed, but still taking orders.

I placed an order online (Order# 25825) around 3:15pm on September 25th, 2010 paying through Paypal. About 2 hours hour later, I received an order confirmation, which stated the item was shipped via UPS ground. I live in Illinois and the company is in Indiana, so the package should not take more than 3 days. So I patiently waited. About a week later, I was curious on the order. I sent an email to their customer support, by clicking on their website link. The email came back invalid, so I called the number on their website, which directed me to their voicemail, so I left a message inquiring about my order. After about 7 business days, I sent another email, which again, came back invalid. I called their direct number again. Nobody answered, so I left another message. Still no response.

I then filed a dispute on Paypal, with no response from the seller even after 3 days. I escalated the claim in Paypal.

The strange thing is, I placed an order (Order #25475) for the same item about a month prior on August 17,2010 and received the items. I'm thinking the company has shutdown, but their website is still taking orders and their fax machine is active.
