“Our apologies about the issue you have with the order. Can you please let us know what the actual problem is, or what exactly was missing? Just speculating here, but if this was due to lack of instructions with a credit card terminal, the reason is that the programming is specific to the bank/processor and the actual application being loaded on the terminal. Buttons and overlays and operation can vary on the same terminal depending on the specific program being loaded on it. This is why manufacturers do not normally have generic instructions with a terminal. Please contact us if you are still having problems with your order.

“This terminal is PCI complain, and is one of the newest models on the market. The terminal you purchased was a Hypercom T4220. I'm not sure who told you that it was not PCI compliant, but it certainly is. Per our store policies, we charge a restocking fee unless prior arrangements are made. We apologize about the restocking fee, but we received the terminal with no explanation, phone call or email.
