"Their customer service is terrible. I order a CD set on 10/17/2014, received a confirmation and order number and have not heard a word from them. I know I live in the United States and it will take time for the set to get here, but they haven't even let me know if it has been shipped! I e-mailed them at least 7 times and have not received any information back. I am now going to contact my credit card to see about getting a refund. I search all over for this CD set for my son and according to their website it is still available. What gives with them! I am truly disappointed and upset."
"Honestly one of the worst buying experiences I have ever had. Falsely advertised a product as being available and did not notify me otherwise after I had bought it. When it did not ship within the advertised time I contacted to ask where it was. That was when I was told it was not available, and I was offered a refund or an exchange. I chose a refund, and was told it would be processed. Waited over a week with no updates (it was a simple PayPal refund), and then finally sent another email to ask for an update. Several days later my refund was finally processed. Will not deal with them again!"
