"Delivery was on time and as promised. I was concerned that I didn't see the notes to drink water with the diet on the can, only saw it on line when visiting the diet plan site. Might be an idea to include the diet plan with the shipment. Looking at the can it only tells you about the shakes and vegetable broth. Could be a problem for older folks not drinking enough water.... Just a thought. Product is satisfying, no hunger pangs as with other products.
