"I own two Neat desktop scanners both of which are relatively new. One works flawlessly. The other routinely experiences paper jam when the page binds on the right side of the machine. I purchased a cleaning kit in hopes of solving this problem but it did not help at all. I most probably need to send the one scanner back to you for examination and repair, but I have been hesitant to lose it's functioning in the office, though marginal. If the scanner worked properly I would be fully satisfied with my experience with neat scanners."

"Great product. I had bought the wand about 5 yrs ago and didn't understand the concept, so I never used it and finally bought the NEAT desktop model. Wow, Wow, Wow. It not only handles my business, but all our medical and bank. My crafts, just so many different uses. I paid my bills then scanned them with the neat. I reduced a pile of paper and they are in my cloud of Neat. I am so impressed, this has saved me so much already."

"I installed their latest update for Windows 8. The software still did not work with windows 8. My main complaint besides wasting my money on a subscription to Neat cloud that I did not get to use. Don't waste your money until they get their business in order and have a viable update for Windows 8. Besides I don't know why the public tolerates this whole business of purchasing and re-purchasing software yearly? What a scam! When you buy any other item once it is paid for it yours. But with software they hold your info hostage until ransom is paid. Totally blows!!!! "

I currently have half a year of documents through Neat, that I am unable to restore from my old computer and am unable to find any useful comments or directions on how to achieve that properly on the Neat website."
